Oh hey there, it's been nearly a month since I last wrote here! Sorry about that, I've just been a bit busy! All month I have been thinking to myself... I should write something on my blog! But I don't know what.... I had my birthday! Yeah, that was fun! I turned 31, believe it or not ;) and I had saved up a little bit of money, so I wanted to treat me and my best friend to a little London trip. She lives closer to London than me, so I met her at Victoria and we had a pint of fruit cider in a nice looking pub. I think it was called Traveller's Inn. She gave me some super adorable presents, and then we headed down to Vauxhall to find our hotel. We popped open a bottle of bubbly to celebrate! We were planning on going out for dinner, but we had a band to go see and we heard that the queue was really long so we better get down there quick! So, I am settling into the new home, and realising the internet connection here is just awful, compared to what I'm used to. Hopefully I can do something about that. It just makes it very hard to watch or upload videos. Perhaps this just means that I should watch/upload less! My new bedroom is primarily yellow, which is nice. Me and mum went and bought some long thick yellow/gold curtains for the bay windows. I'm hoping this will keep some noise and cold out. I'm surprised the heating actually works pretty well, considering it's a really old place with high ceilings and drafty windows. I'm slightly off the highstreet now, so it's not quite as noisy, but it's still fairly busy. I'm no longer living with my boyfriend, so my evenings are pretty solitary. I've just returned from a wedding in Newcastle, which was both lovely and sad. It was great to see my family and celebrate a wonderful relationship, but sad to realise that my own relationship is ...
